The Twin City Philatelic Society, the Lake Minnetonka Stamp Club, the Maplewood Stamp Club, and the Minnesota Stamp Dealers Association are pleased to offer you MINNESOTA STAMP EXPO 2022 to be held at Crystal Community Center 4800 Douglas Drive North Crystal, MN 55429 THURSDAY, July 14, 2022 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. DEALER SETUP FRIDAY, July 15, 2022 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. DEALER SETUP FRIDAY, July 15, 2022 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. SHOW HOURS SATURDAY, July 16, 2022 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. SHOW HOURS SUNDAY, July 17, 2022 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. SHOW HOURS The Minnesota Stamp Expo is the largest stamp show between Chicago and the Rockies. A notice will be mailed to all known Minneapolis/St. Paul stamp collectors. If you wish to place a business card size advertisement in the show program, check the box on the Dealer Table Reservation Application. You will be contacted in May for your camera-ready advertisement. The cost will be $30.00. Security will be provided during and after show hours starting Friday. A guard will be provided during show hours. After closing, a motion/security system will be set with the Crystal Police. As always, dealers are COMPLETELY responsible for their stamps and supplies. A Dealer cannot hold the Minnesota Stamp Expo, Inc, the sponsoring clubs, show chair, bourse chair, or the Crystal Community Center responsible for loss or damage. All Dealers must have a Minnesota Sales Tax Permit and it must be shown to the Bourse Chair prior to setup. If you do not have a sales tax permit number, you MUST apply for one by contacting: Minnesota Sales & Use Tax; St. Paul, MN 55146-1120. They may be reached by phone at 1-800-657-3605. NO SUB-LETTING of tables is allowed. Dealers must provide their own table clothes for front tables and additional lighting as necessary. All tables must be manned during show hours - no early outs without permission of the Bourse Chair. A nonrefundable down payment of $100.00 (payable to MINNESOTA STAMP EXPO) should be sent with your application, with the remaining balance due by June 15, 2022, to: MINNESOTA STAMP EXPO PO Box 27252 Golden Valley, MN 55427-0252 Participating dealers from 2021 will be given priority for a table at Minnesota Stamp EXPO 2022, providing that they respond with an application and down payment by May 1, 2022. Tables will be on a first come, first served basis.
